Terms of service

Last updated 14.10.2026

This is a short summary of how ordering works. The exact work, price and deadline go into the contract. If the contract says something different, the contract applies.

Who provides the service

The service is provided by LAJ OÜ (registry code 16703896) under the name DigiAI. Questions: info@digiai.ee.

Enquiry and order

Sending an enquiry or asking for an offer does not commit you to ordering. The order is confirmed once the contract is signed. The contract sets out the service, price, payment terms and expected completion time.

Price and payment

Prices are final. No VAT is added. The full amount is paid before work starts; monthly services are billed monthly. Invoices are due within 7 days. Any monthly fees for third-party services (e.g. a booking calendar or email sending) you pay directly to the provider.

Content and materials

You provide the texts, photos and logo and confirm that you have the right to use them. If you don’t have texts, we write them for an extra fee. The demo photos are placeholders that we replace with your photos.

Deadlines and revisions

Work starts once the content is ready. Before the site goes live, you review it and tell us what to change. If content or feedback is delayed, the completion date moves too. If the work stalls for a longer time, we agree a new time to continue.

Guarantee

For 30 days after the site goes live we fix bugs free of charge (the site or part of it does not work as agreed) and make small changes (texts, photos, prices, contact details, FAQs) of up to 1 hour in total. A new page, a new feature or design changes are separate work. The guarantee does not cover changes you make yourself or changes in third-party services. For automations, fixes in the first month are included in the price.

Domain and maintenance

The domain is registered in your name and stays yours even if we stop working together. The first year’s fee is included. Maintenance (39€ a month) is optional: you can take it now or later and cancel with 30 days’ notice. Maintenance includes hosting, domain renewal, automatic monitoring of the site, keeping the site’s software up to date and small changes of up to 30 minutes a month. Unused time does not carry over to the next month, and extra work costs 45€ per hour. We reply within 2 working days, and if the site is down we fix it the same or the next working day. Maintenance does not include a monthly report or regular checks of forms, booking or Google. The same price applies to a site hosted elsewhere (WordPress, Wix, Voog and others): we maintain it on your current platform, keep WordPress and its plugins up to date on a WordPress site, and hosting and the domain stay with your current provider. The first fix of up to 1 hour is included. Without maintenance we hand over the site and all access to you, and you renew the domain yourself.

Copyright and right of use

The templates, demos and their code are the work of DigiAI. You may view, try and share the demos, but you may not copy the design, texts or code or use them as the basis for another site.

You may use the finished site as your business website. You may change the content and have anyone develop the site further. You may not resell the template or use it to build sites for others. Your texts, photos and logo remain yours.

We may build a site for another business from the same template, but the site with your content and colours is yours. A design made only for you comes with the New design package.

Credit link

The site footer has a small link “Lehe tegi DigiAI” (site by DigiAI). If you don’t want it, we remove it. We may show the finished site among our past work unless we agree otherwise.

If the order is cancelled

If you want to cancel confirmed work, you pay for the work already done. We deduct the work done from the amount paid and refund the rest.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract price. We are not liable for outages in third-party services (hosting, email sending, calendar, payments) or for changes made later by you or anyone else, but we help to resolve them.

Personal data

We use the data in your enquiry to reply and to do the work; see the privacy policy for details. You are the controller of data collected through your site’s forms, and we process it only to build and maintain the site.

Disputes

Estonian law applies. We resolve disagreements by negotiation and, failing agreement, in Harju County Court.

See also the price list and the privacy policy. If the Estonian and English versions differ, the Estonian version applies.
